2.2. Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

2.3. We accept payments through Cash, Zelle, Credit Card, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.1. Customers can cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.

3.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee ($7.50).

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1. Customers must ensure that trashcans are accessible for cleaning at the scheduled time.

4.2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.

5. Liability

5.1. Nathaniel & Thomas is not liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the use of our services.

5.2. We strive to handle all trashcans with care, but we are not responsible for any damage to property that occurs during the cleaning process.
