Yes, we need water provided in order to execute our services.

No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning. As long as we have access to your bins, we can perform the service. We will coordinate with you to ensure we have clear instructions on where to find your bins and access water. 

Not only will your bins look new and smell fresh, but we will also send a email notifying you that we have finished as soon as we are done.

Our cleaning process is designed to handle even the toughest grime and odors. If you have a particularly challenging situation, please inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. Note that our services do not remove stains from bins such as paint, oil, and tar.

If you forget to leave your bins out on the scheduled day, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that things can slip your mind, and we’ll do our best to accommodate a solution.

Options include:

1. Rescheduling: We may be able to reschedule the cleaning for another day, depending on our availability. Please reach out to us promptly to discuss available times. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that plans change and will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

2. Extra Charges: In some cases, there might be an additional fee ($7.50) for rescheduling or for a missed appointment, especially if our team has already been dispatched. We’ll inform you of any extra charges before proceeding.

For the smoothest service experience, we recommend setting a reminder or leaving your bins out the night before your scheduled cleaning. If you need to make changes to your appointment, just let us know as soon as you can!

The duration of the cleaning process depends on the number of bins and their condition. On average, each bin takes around 15-30 minutes to clean.
